Where Can I See My Submission?

Once you have submitted your product you can find your submission under your dashboard:

Where Do I Upload My Photos?

You'll need to upload your photos during the onboarding process. You can also upload your photos at anytime from the Actions button.

How Do I Set My Listing Live?

We'll send a preview within 24h. You'll be able to approve your listing from the preview page.

If you'd like us to change something, just hit "Request Changes" and we'll take care of the rest.

How Do I Contact Support?

What If I Want To Upgrade My Package?

You can upgrade your plan at any time, just click the Action button on the right side of your submission.

Can I Submit a New Product?

Yes, absolutely! You can submit new products directly from your dashboard by clicking Submit New Product on the top right corner.

How do I download my invoice?

You can download your invoice by clicking Actions > Generate Invoice.

Bear in mind that the invoice will be sent to your email address once you hit the "Download Invoice" button.

What does N/A means?

Due to GDPR users with strict privacy settings, some countries won’t appear in the country pie chart and will instead show as “N/A”.
